Brexit physical infrastructure delivery and use

The Comptroller and Auditor General has carried out an examination of the delivery and use of Brexit physical infrastructure. 

The report was submitted to the Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation on 20 January 2026. Under the provisions of the Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act 1993, the Minister is required to present the report to Dáil Éireann within three months of that date.
